Rachele has a background in successfully implementing process improvement initiatives relating to ambulatory access and scheduling optimization. With a passion for enabling access to care, Rachele has reduced the bottlenecks patients face throughout their care journey at high-demand clinics. She works with a wide range of entities, from managing projects across the health system to serving as a liaison for community hospitals and practices. Rachele enjoys translating practice challenges into technical EHR solutions that drive operational efficiencies.
Prior to joining ECG, Rachele was a project manager at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH), supporting ambulatory practices both at BWH and across the Mass General Brigham enterprise. She designed scheduling decision trees for five academic service lines and partnered with operational leaders to optimize hundreds of provider outpatient templates. Rachele also managed and coordinated an Enhanced Recovery after Surgery program focused on providing prehabilitation education. Additionally, she led the urology telemedicine program prior to and during the pandemic, training 15 providers and their support staff on the telemedicine platform and serving as the main point of contact for patients troubleshooting their virtual visits.
